What is the Movement Hub?

The movement hub is designed with your recovery in mind and at the forefront. Most plans fail because the recovery journey ends at the appointment; this is why some people only have pain-free periods of 48 hours.

We want so much more for you than short-term relief.

For some of our services, we develop a rehabilitation plan. A rehabilitation plan is a program designed to strengthen, build and develop your body to reduce imbalances, promote movement, and maximise recovery. Developed with specific exercise prescriptions, sets and reps to keep you moving.

Our movement hub provides a frictionless way to deliver this by ensuring you have a hub for your exercises, details, and instructions. We also have an extensive video library, which means the exercises are modelled for you, giving clarity on how they should be performed.

We can talk with you, provide feedback, make changes, and you can provide updates and feedback on your sessions.

Our rehabilitation method is tried and tested. We find that those who follow their rehab plan thoroughly, consistently and correctly have lasting results and shorter recovery times.
